About Me

My health and wellness journey started over 20 years ago when I went to my first yoga class and soon after was introduced to Ayurvedic medicine.  Since then, I have been teaching yoga and movement for almost two decades now and  living within an Ayurvedic lifestyle.  My lifestyle choices became such a passion it led me to pursue the Integrative Nutrition path and the prestigious National Board Health and Wellness Coaching Certification.


My knowledge is grounded in both Eastern and Western-influenced education, diet, and exercise, which provides me with essential tools to assist clients in their journey to maintaining the highest level of health.


My Philosophy


Each one of us is unique in the type of movement and diet that our bodies need.  Therefore, I do not believe in a one size fits all approach on the path to living the healthiest lifestyle possible. Extreme diets and exercise can only sustain us for a short time, so my goal is to help my clients find the best possible way of living their best lives all the time!
