It is tempting in the summer time to eat those great spicy foods like salsa, garlic and Tex-Mex cuisine. Right now, our Texas grocery stores are celebrating hatch chili season!
Did you know that spicy foods make the body warm both inside and out? So if it is 98 degrees outside and you are eating spicy foods it is definitely not a win-win situation.
